MPL AI provides professional business websites, MPL Business OS, hosting, business email, and related digital services as agreed in project proposals.
All quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Work starts after written acceptance and required initial payment.
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, and access required to complete project milestones.
Payment terms are defined in each project quote. Late payments may pause delivery timelines until accounts are up to date.
Final deliverables are transferred according to the signed agreement once outstanding balances are settled. The MPL AI and NewMPL Ventures brand names, logos, websites, source code, platform software and all associated materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced, resold, presented as the work of another party, or used to solicit business without prior written authorisation.
MPL AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website downtime, third-party platform failures, or client-side misuse.
MPL AI is a trading brand of NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2025/357495/07. The business is founded, owned and directed by Sibusiso Seopela, who holds sole authority to enter into agreements, issue proposals and quotations, appoint representatives, and accept payment on behalf of MPL AI and NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd.
All engagements, proposals, quotations, invoices and payment instructions are issued solely by NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd and authorised directly by the founder. Official communication takes place only through the contact channels published on this website. No third party, agent, reseller or intermediary is authorised to represent, quote for, contract on behalf of, or accept payment for MPL AI or NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd unless that authority is confirmed in writing by the founder.
NewMPL Ventures (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for any agreement, representation, undertaking or payment arranged outside these terms.
